Advance in all aspects of the theory and practice of accounting and contribute to the development and improvement of the profession.
Maintain and impose a high level of efficiency and professional conduct by all members and adopt all necessary measures to prevent and end professional misconduct.
Promote and demonstrate a commitment to diversity and gender equality and participate in the creation and maintenance of support programmes and monitoring and review processes to ensure the delivery of such programmes.
Adopt, as necessary, the maintenance and enhancement of the College's governance, standing and professional image, including compliance to the extent practicable with the recommendations of current and future recognised frameworks and reviews, and facilitating or participating in corporate responsibility and professional-related projects.
Provide, to support lifelong learning and continuing professional development, products and services for members of all categories.
Publish, distribute and sell to members of all categories published journals, books, brochures or other publications relating to the professional subjects of the College, its members or relating to the profession.
Establish and accredit approved training programmes or centres and accredit trainers in accounting and other relevant disciplines and regulate such training schemes or centres.
To cooperate and comply with the requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities and other public bodies in Equatorial Guinea.
To take action and provide advice and other input on all matters of interest to the profession that may be of interest and convenience to members of all categories and the general public.
The CECGE supports the strengthening of the Accounting Profession with updates and training. The CECGE promotes the ethics and professional excellence of the accountant through innovation and the participation of its members in the private and public management of the country.
CECGE provides resources, training programs, and publications to ensure accountants remain at the forefront of the profession.
